Idéalia Peeling is the latest release from the Vichy laboratories. This time round they have combined two powerful antioxidant ingredients to create a beautiful active toner, which has helped leave my sensitive skin feeling calm, refreshed and smooth after just two weeks. There’s something about the power of french skincare that I can’t help but favour and this product definitely didn’t disappoint.

Trend check: leather trousers, gingham, baker boy hats, knotted shoes. You name it and I’ve (subconsciously) put it on this month’s style board.

As someone who’s always in need of a snack, especially to give me energy when I want to go to the gym straight out of lectures, it pays to be prepared. Without these delicious energy bites tucked away in my bag I rely on shop bought snacks, which can get very expensive and aren’t always filled with our first choice ingredients.

Reed Diffuser

Having grown up in a house that was always filled with candles, flowers and thought-out details, I find great enjoyment in filling my own space in our university house with similar homely touches. There’s no easier way to bring a lovely fresh scent into a room than with a reed diffuser and this Ö Diffuser from Skandinavisk does the perfect job.

Breakfast in bed on a Sunday morning, with a catch up of my week. This time I’m talking about getting back to yoga, the Valentine’s Day hype and passing my driving test.

skincare products

Despite swearing by a handful of drugstore skincare products for over two years, the last few months have seen me switch-up my daily routine multiple times in search of a solution for my grumpy, winter skin. I’ve been moaning about spots and dry skin despite following all the skincare golden rules (drink enough water, get enough sleep, skip the make-up… you know the drill) so I decided it was about time that I turned to some new products. I’m really happy with how this trio of products have been helping me out recently.

I can’t stop dreaming of going shopping. Like actual, feel the fabric and try stuff on shopping. Maybe it’s the endless hours I’ve spent at my laptop reading strategy textbooks that have me fantasising of real-life interactions and a chance to wander around shops guilt-free. As a consolation, my revision breaks consist of online shopping or more specifically, scrolling the pages of ASOS in search of my latest fashion obsession: a suede biker jacket.
