Vapiano in Manchester’s corn exchange is a self-serve restaurant that hosts the perfect combination of classic Italian food and a chilled-out vibe. We were given the opportunity to take our first visit to the restaurant and try out their brand new vegan specials menu. Verdict? Pleasantly surprised.

Despite the rainy start to the day, a good ol’ Sunday brunch put a smile on our faces this morning. We headed out to Solomon’s, a quirky bar/ cafe, to finally check out their brunch menu and hide away from our long to-do list of coursework and cleaning for a couple more hours.

The ‘Active Women’ range is a combination of protein based blends, supplements and snacks formulated specifically to support us females with our muscle development *insert bicep emoji*. I went along to their launch party to hear about and, more importantly, taste test the products.
